MY MUSICAL JOURNEY ·
A love of music and a spirit of exploration have run through my years of learning, teaching and composing. I have also studied arranging and orchestration with independent American musicians who were steeped in church music from childhood and have extensive experience in performing and composing. The keen musicality they developed through years of practice and immersion, and their heartfelt creativity and natural musical expression, have inspired me greatly. Composing music is a spiritual expression; listening to music is a joy of the spirit. I have been writing about these experiences and reflections, and weaving them into my music. You are welcome to subscribe to my channel on Gan Jing World to keep reading and listening.
